Adam Schaffer was a Government Innovation Fellow at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Administration and Finance. At A&F, he workeda on implementing results-driven contracting in homelessness services and supporting the state’s Pay for Success initiatives. Before joining the Government Performance Lab, he was a Program Officer at the Washington Office on Latin America, where he worked to promote human rights and criminal justice reform in Latin America. Adam holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Middlebury College.
