Takasha Nutall was a Government Performance Fellow supporting the City Budgeting for Equity and Recovery initiative. She worked to reform procurement practices to improve service delivery, increase investments in small and minority-owned businesses, and achieve better results for city residents.

Prior to joining the Government Performance Lab, Takasha worked alongside healthcare leaders to advance behavioral health and primary care service integration. She has spent several years working with local governments on strategies to address current and emergent public health challenges faced by marginalized populations.

Takasha recently earned a Masters in Policy Management from Georgetown University and she holds a BA in Political Science from Spelman College. Takasha lives in Chicago, where she enjoys exploring new areas of the city.
