
Sneha Venkata Krishnan is a Project Leader on the Children & Families team working with the Governor’s Office in Maryland to increase access to public benefits and improve economic mobility for families. As a Government Innovation Fellow, Sneha worked on improving outcomes for children and families by designing and testing strategies that improve access to voluntary and community-based resources for families. In Washington, D.C., she helped launch a warmline (a non-emergency resource line) to directly connect families to community-based supports. In Kentucky, she led data-driven initiatives to help providers better support families.
Previously, Sneha worked at the Clinton Health Access Initiative in India, where she supported governments in developing national strategy to expand access to HIV and Syphilis testing and treatment. In 2020, she collaborated with the Ministry of Health, on developing the management strategy for COVID-19 diagnostics in India. Sneha holds a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
