Sky Mihaylo is a Government Innovation Fellow based in Oakland, CA where they are supporting Opportunity Accelerator work with the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency to improve pathways to prevention services for Alameda County residents experiencing housing instability.

Sky started their SF Bay Area journey serving as an AmeriCorps member with Reading Partners, a children’s literacy nonprofit working with Bay Area schools. Since then, Sky has worked as a researcher and technical assistance consultant for nonprofits, academic institutions, and government agencies. In 2022, Sky graduated with a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy. They also hold a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
