Sky Mihaylo headshot

Sky Mihaylo is a Project Leader on the Homelessness & Housing team, overseeing work in the Bay Area. As a Fellow at the GPL, Sky supported Opportunity Accelerator work with the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency to improve pathways to prevention services for residents experiencing housing instability. Sky also helped develop and conduct a 12-week training program focused on data driven performance management for nearly 60 representatives from Continuum of Care programs in New Jersey. Sky started their journey in the San Francisco Bay Area serving as an AmeriCorps member with Reading Partners, a children’s literacy nonprofit working in elementary schools. Since then, Sky has worked as a researcher and technical assistance consultant for nonprofits, academic institutions, and government agencies. Sky holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy and a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College. When not at work, you can find Sky on one of the many hiking trails nearby, experimenting with new ice cream recipes, or planning their next trip.
