Silvie Senauke was a Project Leader with the City of Chicago Department of Family and Support Services, where she supported the department to develop and implement a comprehensive approach to coordinating social services for clients in crisis. Prior, she supported the Washington State Department of Children Youth, and Families in improving the connections between the state’s child welfare and early learning systems. Silvie completed her Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she helped lead the Innovation Field Lab, a course that embeds students in five Massachusetts cities to develop holistic and data-driven approaches to city services. Silvie also holds a BA in American Studies from Wesleyan University, and spent time working in the New York City child welfare system.
