Sarah Mostafa was a Government Innovation Fellow for the GPL, where she worked with cities across the country on using procurement to improve performance and resident outcomes, in partnership with What Works Cities. She has spent the last several years working in government innovation. As a public sector management consultant at Guidehouse, she managed large-scale strategic transformation projects for cities related to transportation, emerging mobility, and sustainability. Prior to that, she spent two years working for county government in California, where she managed a portfolio of clean energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. Sarah holds an MPP from the University of Michigan.
