Rebecca Graffy

Rebecca Graffy was the Director of Procurement Transformation at the Government Performance Lab. She led the GPL’s work with state and local governments to transform procurement systems to better deliver contracted services. In her four years at the GPL, she oversaw procurement transformations in a number of US cities. Previously, Rebecca spent nearly a decade in the global public health space. She led a team embedded within the South African government to advance its malaria elimination campaign. She also managed initiatives to make high quality medicines, diagnostics, and prophylactics available in the developing world, which were collectively projected to save $250 million for public sector buyers.

Rebecca holds a BA in Philosophy from Tufts University. She is based in Long Beach, CA.
