
Rachel Morrow
Government Innovation Fellow
Rachel Morrow is a Government Innovation Fellow at the Government Performance Lab, where she works on advancing kinship care initiatives as part of the Children and Families team. Based in San Francisco, Rachel brings experience from government consulting, most recently serving as the Chief of Staff and Executive Officer for a division at NASA Headquarters.
Rachel holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs, with a concentration in domestic policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University. Originally from Arkansas, Rachel enjoys caving and fishing in the Ozarks, and in her free time can often be found traveling or searching for the best new workout classes and coffee shops.
