Pedro Espaillat

Pedro Espaillat was a Government Innovation Fellow working with the State of Connecticut Office of the Governor on improving workforce development programs through system diagnosis and strategic procurement. Previously, Pedro served as a project officer for the International Monetary Fund Research Department where he worked on modeling economic scenarios and measuring policy effects. He also has experience as a public sector consultant, leading projects in his home country of the Dominican Republic on government innovation at the municipal level. Pedro holds an MPA in Urban and Social Policy from Columbia University, and a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Creighton University.
