Nick Easley

Nick Easley is an alumnus of the Government Performance Lab. Before joining the GPL, Nick served as a project consultant for both Siemens and the St. Joseph County Community Foundation. He was also the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Executive Director of enFocus Inc. in South Bend, Indiana. Prior to living in South Bend, Nick was the Executive Director for Jeremy Rifkin Enterprises and the Foundation on Economic Trends in Washington DC. Here he created a global CEO Roundtable Association and prepared the long-term energy, economic, and environmental Master Plans for San Antonio, Rome, Monaco, and the Province of Utrecht. Prior to his work in DC, Nick helped launch the Kiva Fellowship program in East Africa, worked in market research for Water.org in Kenya, and founded a nonprofit company focused on microfinance and water infrastructure in Uganda.

Nick received his Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School where he was a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellow. He received his Bachelor’s in sociology and psychology from Eureka College, where he was a Ronald Reagan Leadership Fellow and a Lincoln Laureate.
