Krystal Wubben is the Director of Operations at the Government Performance Lab. She oversees GPL operations, designing and implementing systems to improve efficiency and efficacy of GPL core functions, and steering central functions including finance and compliance.

Previously, Krystal served as the Vice President for Finance and Operations at the Washington Office on Latin America, a human rights advocacy organization. She oversaw all finance, operations, and human resources during a period of rapid organizational growth. Prior to that, Krystal worked at a study abroad program in Central America, where she placed and supported students in semester-long, social justice experiences. Krystal has an MEd in International Teaching from Framingham State University and a BA from Nyack College. She also holds a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University.
