Kimberly Howard

Government Innovation Fellow - Chicago


Kimberly Howard served as a Government Innovation Fellow working with the City of Chicago on improving homeless services. She recently completed her Master of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she worked on projects with the City of Boston, Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, and the City of Lynn. She also served as a Mayoral Fellow for the City of Chicago. Prior to graduate school, Kimberly worked as a data analyst at KIPP DC, helping the district and schools make data-driven decisions, and at the Brookings Institution, assessing policy related to poverty and economic mobility. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia.
