Jennifer Looi

Jennifer Looi served as a Government Innovation Fellow in Rhode Island, assisting in performance improvement and Pay for Success work in workforce development, adult education, and corrections. Previously, Jennifer worked in planning and outreach at a community health center in Toronto and served as a math resource tutor for inner city students. Jennifer holds a B.Ed. in Secondary Math from McGill University, and an Ed.M. in Mind, Brain, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
