Jasper Frank was a Government Innovation Fellow working with the state of Rhode Island. Jasper is a graduate of the MPP program at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he completed projects for the Massachusetts Department of Youth Services, the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, and the City of Salem. Jasper previously worked as an investigator for Brooklyn Defender Services and a project director at Delgado Community College, where he managed a Department of Labor TAACCCT grant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Yale University.
