Hannah Walker is a Government Innovation Fellow with the Homelessness & Housing team, where she is advancing homelessness prevention initiatives and research with the City of Detroit.
Prior to joining the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab, Hannah worked for the State of Louisiana on new efforts to reduce mass incarceration, including the development of a statewide reentry housing program. Most recently, Hannah spearheaded strategy in the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, specifically on efforts to address hundreds of defective felony convictions and to increase law enforcement transparency and accountability.
Hannah holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She currently lives in New Orleans, LA.
