Hannah served as a Project Leader for the Government Performance Lab’s performance improvement work in New York City. Prior to joining the GPL, she managed evaluations of violence prevention programs at Crime Lab New York. While earning an MPA from Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Hannah supported mayoral initiatives to alleviate poverty and reduce youth violence in Philadelphia. Hannah previously worked on federal poverty, budget, and tax policy at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and the Senate Finance Committee. She holds a BA in Economics and History from Tufts University.
