
Greg Norfleet
Government Innovation Fellow - Massachusetts
Greg Norfleet was a Government Innovation Fellow with the State of Massachusetts, working on performance improvement activities within the transportation sector. Prior to joining the GPL, he worked for an international development firm providing evaluation and analytic support to USAID’s Bureau of Economic Growth, Education, and Environment (E3). In this role, he assisted offices in the drafting of logic models, performance indicators, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. He also frequently presented in international fora about the use of evidence in USG-funded interventions. Greg holds a Master’s of Science in Evidence-Based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford and a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University.
