Glynis Startz

Glynis Startz was a Government Innovation Fellow at the Arizona Department of Child Safety, working on Results-Driven Contracting and Active Contract Management. Before joining the GPL, she worked as a Research Analyst at Innovations for Poverty Action, where she provided data and survey support and technical training for impact evaluations. Glynis holds an MPP from the Harvard Kenney School, where she studied operations management and digital government, and a BA in Economics and History from Williams College.
