Elijah de la Campa served as an Innovation Fellow with the Government Performance Lab at the Harvard Kennedy School. He assisted the City of Boston with the development of a comprehensive street lighting policy, evaluation of road resurfacing contracts, and implementation of a framework to manage and assess capital construction projects. He is also a PhD candidate in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he is studying topics related to worker incentives and effectiveness in the public sector. Prior to his graduate studies, Elijah was a research assistant in Princeton University's Department of Economics, and at MDRC in New York, where he coauthored research reports on the impact of performance-based scholarships on low-income community college students. Elijah holds a BAs in Economics and History from Columbia University.
