Eli Berk-Rauch

Eli was a Government Innovation Fellow for the GPL, where he worked with governments to foster peer-learning and performance improvement. During the Coronavirus emergency, Eli served as a researcher on a HKS qualitative study looking at food insecurity in Massachusetts. Eli previously served on the formation team for NYU Shanghai, the first American liberal arts university to offer an undergraduate degree in China. Eli holds an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School.
