Daniel Humphrey was a Government Innovation Fellow working in Cleveland with the Cuyahoga County Department of Health and Human Services to help improve the employment outcomes its workforce services and expand the use of results-based contracting in human services. Dan graduated with a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, concentrating in urban policy and management. A Cleveland native, Dan worked in various policy roles for the Cuyahoga County Executive and County Prosecutor before graduate school, ranging from regionalizing municipal services, to criminal justice reform, economic development incentives, and transportation funding. He has also served as a Mayoral Fellow in the City of Chicago. Dan holds an A.B. with Honors in History from Princeton University.
