Christina Economy was a Project Leader with the Government Performance Lab at the Harvard Kennedy School. During her time with the GPL, Christi worked with Nevada and Nashville, TN to determine the feasibility of Pay for Success as a tool to support early childhood education. Subsequently, Christi supported the GPL's research projects, working closely with the Director of Research and Innovation. Prior to joining the GPL, Christi earned a Master of Public Policy from the University of Cambridge, where she concentrated on education policy. While completing her studies, Christi worked with the U.K. Cabinet Office Centre for Social Impact Bonds and the U.K. Department for Education on a project aimed to reduce early years disadvantage through improving school readiness. Previously, Christi has worked with the U.S. Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the U.S. Department of State. Christi also holds a summa cum laude BA in Economics and BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
