Audrey worked with the City of Houston to develop its Pay for Success initiative. She graduated from Harvard Kennedy School with a Master's in Public Policy. During her past two summers, Audrey was an Urban Leaders Fellow in Nashville, Tennessee, where she worked on youth workforce development and school budgeting, and an intern at Local Initiatives Support Corporation in Houston. Prior to graduate school, Audrey taught middle school social studies in the town of North, SC through Teach For America. She also holds a BA from Columbia University in Classics.
