Anh was a Government Innovation Fellow with Connecticut State’s Office of Early Childhood. In her role, she supported the agency in institutionalizing results-driven contracting and active contract management practices to improve outcomes for children and families. Anh received her MPA from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, where she focused on domestic policy. As a graduate student, she researched promising civic solutions for What Works Cities and facilitated causal analysis workshops for education administrators in Brazil. Prior to graduate school, Anh worked in philanthropy, supporting grantmaking to national youth development organizations. Anh holds a BA in English Literature from UC Berkeley.
