Andrew Sugrue served as a Government Innovation Fellow working with the State of Arizona Department of Child Safety on performance improvement and results-driven contracting. Andrew is a graduate of the MPP program at Harvard Kennedy School, where he focused on social policy, analytic methods, and public management. While at Harvard, Andrew completed an internship with the Nevada Governor’s Office, where he helped implement legislation on workforce development and Pay for Success. Prior to his graduate studies, Andrew worked as a management consultant with public sector agencies. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University.
