Analisa Sorrells is a Research and Writing Fellow at the Government Performance Lab, where she amplifies successful models identified by the GPL and conducts research on innovative government procurement strategies. Previously, Analisa worked as Chief of Staff for EducationNC, a nonprofit media and policy outlet in North Carolina, where she completed research and reporting on strengthening school nutrition programs. During graduate school, Analisa worked as a fellow on the transition team for the Mayor of Rochester, New York and with The Rockefeller Foundation's U.S. Food Initiative. 

Analisa holds a Master in Public Policy with a concentration in Social and Urban Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, where she enjoys exploring public parks and practicing yoga.
