Mayor Ed Murray and the Seattle Human Services Department announced a request for proposals (RFP) for $30 million in funding for homelessness services. This is the first time the City has competitively bid its homeless services contracts in more than a decade.The results-driven contracting model identified in the RFP was developed through the City’s collaboration with the GPL.
