As part of Casey Family Programs’ virtual series on “Advancing a Kin-First Culture,” Lynda Blancato, Director of Child and Family Wellbeing Initiatives, and Emma Cregg, Project Leader, served as featured experts to share lessons learned, implementation strategies, and innovative tools and approaches drawn from the Government Performance Lab’s intensive work with child welfare agencies to strengthen kin-first care. These sessions brought together child welfare leaders and staff from around the country working to accelerate and deepen kin-first approaches in their work.
