Ashley was a Government Innovation Fellow in San Francisco, where she supported city and state Social Impact Bond development. With experience in health policy research and evaluation at Mathematica Policy Research, and firsthand entrepreneurship alleviating malaria in Ghana, Ashley has been passionate about innovative and empowering social change. Ashley served as a summer intern for Third Sector Capital Partners, where she helped to create a social impact bond in maternal and child health. She obtained her MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, where she received the excellence award for her thesis examining social impact bonds in elder health care, and she holds a B.A. from Princeton University.
