Grace Evans

Grace Evans served as a Government Innovation Fellow in the State of Rhode Island. Grace led the performance improvement initiatives with the state’s Department of Corrections and assisted with its Pay for Success efforts. Prior to joining the GPL, Grace earned a Master's of Public Policy at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan, during which she worked with the City of Detroit to evaluate the impact of tax incentive programs designed to increase homeownership. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, Grace helped community-based nonprofits build management capacity and increase their impact in her home city of Pittsburgh. Grace is an alumna of the Coro Center for Civic Leadership’s Public Affairs Fellowship and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
